Janitorial Services in Idaho Falls
Idaho Falls is home. Hi-Teck has provided janitorial services in Idaho Falls since 1991, from our office on John Adams Parkway to buildings all over town.
A Janitorial Company That's Been Here Since 1991
Ed Teckmeyer started Hi-Teck in Idaho Falls in 1991 with one van. The city has grown a lot since then. Downtown has filled back in along Broadway and Park Avenue, new offices and medical buildings keep going up, and the stretch from 17th Street out to Hitt Road barely looks like it did. Through all of it, Hi-Teck has stayed local, owner-led and focused on doing the job right.
When you hire a janitorial company that lives here, you get people who know the town, drive the same roads you do, and can get to your building quickly when something comes up.
Commercial Building Cleaning for Every Corner of Idaho Falls
Whether your business is downtown near the Greenbelt, in a medical building near EIRMC, at Snake River Landing, or in a strip center off 17th Street, we can build a cleaning plan around it. Here's what we clean in Idaho Falls:
Daily Janitorial Services or Weekly, Your Choice
Some buildings need us every night. Others only need a solid weekly clean. Most Idaho Falls businesses land somewhere in between. After a quick walkthrough, we'll recommend the schedule that fits your foot traffic and your budget, and we'll be honest if you need less than you think.
Need a one-time deep clean before a move-in, an open house or an inspection? We handle those too.
Why Idaho Falls Businesses Choose Hi-Teck Cleaning Services
What Our Clients Say
"We have had Hi-Teck clean our offices for many years, and we will never change that. They are the friendliest and most accommodating staff. … The few times we have needed mid day assistance, i have been able to text our contact and someone has always shown up within 5 minutes. Being a larger business and dealing with so many different contractors and businesses, I can honestly say that they have been the best, and most reliable. Do your business a service and get Hi-Teck to clean and maintain your space."
