Commercial Cleaning You Don't Have to Babysit
Most business owners have had a cleaning company that started strong and then slipped. Trash gets missed. Dust builds up on the same shelf. The crew stops showing up on Thursdays and nobody tells you why. You end up checking their work on top of doing your own.
Hi-Teck was built to fix that. We sit down with you, learn your building and your hours, and put together a cleaning plan that covers what actually matters to you. Then we inspect our own work, so problems get caught before you ever see them. When you do need something, you call or text and reach someone local who can take care of it.
Janitorial Services for Every Kind of Building
Every building gets dirty in its own way. A dental office, a busy kitchen and a car showroom need very different things, so each of our janitorial services is built for the space it cleans.
Office Cleaning
Desks, break rooms, restrooms and floors cleaned on your schedule, nightly or weekly.
Medical Office Cleaning
Careful, consistent cleaning that has exam rooms and waiting rooms ready for patients every morning.
Restaurant Cleaning
Kitchen, dining room and restroom cleaning that keeps you open, busy and inspection-ready.
Dealership Cleaning
Showroom floors, glass and offices kept as sharp as the cars on the lot.
Commercial Floor Care
Stripping, waxing, scrubbing and buffing for hard floors, plus carpet cleaning for current clients.
Stadium & Venue Cleaning
Fast, thorough cleanup after games, concerts and events, so the next crowd walks into a clean venue.

What Our Clients Say
"We have had Hi-Teck clean our offices for many years, and we will never change that. They are the friendliest and most accommodating staff. … The few times we have needed mid day assistance, i have been able to text our contact and someone has always shown up within 5 minutes. Being a larger business and dealing with so many different contractors and businesses, I can honestly say that they have been the best, and most reliable. Do your business a service and get Hi-Teck to clean and maintain your space."

It Started With One Van in 1991
Ed Teckmeyer opened Hi-Teck with one van and a simple idea: do the job right and people will keep calling. That idea built a company that has cleaned Idaho Falls businesses for more than three decades. We're still local, still owner-led, and some of our clients have been with us for years.
